ADS researchers have been instrumental in developing a dedicated data science curriculum. The data science track will form part of the joint UvA-VU MSc in Information Studies that will commence in September 2016.
Amsterdam Data Science supports and contributes to a number of data science education initiatives and programs at the MSc level:
- Master Artificial Intelligence (UvA+VU) – 2 years
- Master track Big Data Engineering (UvA+VU) – 2 years
- Master Business Analytics (VU) – 2 years
- Master Parallel and Distributed Computer Systems (VUA+VU) – 2 years
- Master Systems and Network Engineering (UvA) – 1 year
- Econometrics: Master track Big Data Business Analytics (UvA) – 1 year
